Publication Start Date
Weekly on Fridays (4 times monthly)
(Note: if a publication start date falls on
a holiday, publication will commence the following
business day)
New Applications
Please submit your application at least two
weeks prior to the advertising start date.
Manuscript Submission Deadline
When prepared by the client:
At least 5 business days prior to the advertising
start date
When produced by Xene:
At least 10 business days prior to the advertising
start date
Manuscript Submission Style
When prepared by the client:
Please make submissions via e-mail attachment,
CD-ROM, or provide a URL for downloading.
When produced by Xene:
Please send your manuscript upon reviewing our
formatting guidelines.
Publication Period
Calculated from the publication start date,
corresponding to the same date of the month
that the contract will expire.
Ex) 3 month contract, commencing on the 1st
Friday in December >> Contract ends on
the 1st Friday in March
Publication Period Extension
If publishing is extended, the publication end
date will be considered as the extension start
date.
Ex) Publication end date on the 1st Friday in
March / 3 month extension >> Beginning
of extension from the 1st Friday in March /
Extension end date on the 1st Friday in June
Note: If notice of cancellation is not received
at least one week prior to the scheduled publication
end date, the publication period will be automatically
extended.
Cancellation Fees
Prior to Start of Publication

Upon manuscript submittal,
the following cancellation fees will be
applied in the event of publication cancellation:

Cancellations after the start of publication

Payment
An invoice will be sent to you after the start
of publication. Please transfer funds to Xene
within the specified period stated.
Note: Bank transfer fees are the responsibility
of the client.
Concerning Website Traffic
We ask that you please investigate and analyze
traffic originating from advertisements carried
by Xene Web to your website.
As Xene conducts analysis of Xene Web traffic,
this information can be viewed upon request.

| Publishing Standards |
Xene publishing standards prevent
publication of the following:
- Advertisements in violation of or that
threaten to violate any law, ordinance or
agreement.
- Advertisements that include photographs
or illustrations that are highly indecent
or contain frequent sexual exposure.
- Advertisements intended to proselytize
or expand religious influence.
- Advertisements intended to promote political
activities.
- Other advertisements deemed by Xene to
be inappropriate.

| Exclusions |
The website may be taken offline under the following
circumstances. Under these circumstances, Xene
shall assume no responsibility whatsoever for
any damage that occurs to the client.
- Telecommunications company, provider or
server hosting company problems, natural disasters
and power outages
- Xene shall assume no responsibility for
trouble with readers arising from advertising
content, and is the sole responsibility of
the client.
